If I cancel my booking, can I get a refund? What is the process?
If you cancel your booking, the amount of refund you receive will depend on the cancellation policy of your reservation.
If you cancel your reservation more than a week before the rental starts, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 3 to 7 days prior to your rental start, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the rental fee. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours before the rental starts, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue any refund.
You may follow this instruction for cancellation and refund process:
1. Click Log in on top right corner on our website.
2. Click Forgot password and enter your Email
3. Set new Password
4. Log in again
5. Enter email and new Password
6. Go to Profile
7. Update Bank Details
8. Go to Booking List And Select Request Changes
Please note that the amount of refund you receive will depend on the cancellation policy of your reservation, as stated earlier. We will do our best to process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your cancellation request.
