What is the Fuel Add-On?

The Fuel Add-On is an optional service that lets you return the vehicle without refuelling before drop-off.

Under our standard rental policy, fuel is handled on a full-to-full basis:

• You receive the vehicle with a full tank

• You are expected to return it with the same fuel level

If you choose the Fuel Add-On, you can skip refuelling before returning the vehicle.

How it works

When the Fuel Add-On is selected:

• The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel

• The fuel cost is charged upfront as part of your booking

• You may return the vehicle at any fuel level

• There is no need to refill the tank before drop-off

Why choose the Fuel Add-On?

The Fuel Add-On may be useful if you want a more convenient return experience, especially when:

• You are on a tight schedule

• You want to avoid stopping at a petrol station before returning the vehicle

• You are unfamiliar with the area or nearby fuel stations

• You prefer a faster, more hassle-free drop-off

Is it mandatory?

No. The Fuel Add-On is completely optional.

If you do not select it, the normal full-to-full fuel policy will apply, and you must return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was provided with.

• It is generally best for customers who value time-saving and ease of return

• No partial refund will be given for any unused fuel

• Once used, the Fuel Add-On is non-refundable
