What is the return procedure?

  1. Coordinate with Your Hero
    Your assigned Hero will contact you before the return time to assist with the process. If you anticipate being late, please inform your Hero as soon as possible to help avoid scheduling delays.

  2. Document & Key Handover
    Return the car along with the keys and ensure all your belongings are removed from the vehicle. Please also bring back any add-ons if you opted for it or any item provided (e.g., child seat, baby seat, helmets) during your rental.

  3. Vehicle Inspection
    Together with your Hero, the vehicle will undergo a quick inspection to confirm its condition. Any new damages, scratches, or dents not recorded during pickup will be noted at this stage.

  4. Closing the Booking
    Once the inspection is complete, your booking will be officially closed. If applicable, your deposit refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
