" The entire process is online with no physical counter; you just book ahead and must make full payment at least one day in advance. They'll require copies of your driver's license and passport to confirm the booking, and all coordination is handled seamlessly via WhatsApp with prompt, excellent communication. They will wait for you with the car at the parking lot across from the airport door 3 exit, so you cannot switch car at the spot if the car is not suited for you. The parking spot has langkawibook sign. ​I opted for full insurance coverage, so I can't speak to how strict they are about minor wear and tear upon return. The car itself wasn't brand new (around 70k km mileage) and had a few existing dents. My advice: take a thorough video during pickup, and specifically double-check that the rearview camera is working properly. Overall, a fantastic experience! "
