Despite a slight delay during arrival, they did compensate the time as well. So the whole experience was great from easy online booking, clear arrangement, clean car, full fuel policy and helpful staff. Affifudin also helped to return my bag which I forgot to take out, so thanks to that too. Will definitely use this service next time. Even though our flight was severely delayed, Yusuf waited patiently for us and was always reachable and responsive via phone. The handover process was smooth and professional.
