" Amazing Service. I booked a Jimny for 2 days and it was great. What I loved about the service was that, although the online portal was not accepting my card, they contacted me on WhatsApp, and after I conveyed my problem, they sent the car to the airport with a POS machine. I met Alif and later Fairuz, who were both very cooperative and guided me with everything I needed. The car was in great condition, everything worked flawlessly, and it was a lot of fun to drive. One thing to note: this is a tourist spot, so you will mostly encounter international drivers on the road. My suggestion is to take the highest tier of insurance to save yourself the trouble. Also, you are required to fill up the tank before handing the car back. Make sure to take a photo of the fuel gauge and a video of the car’s condition before returning it. If you’re planning a trip to Langkawi and want to rent a car, go with them! "

" One of my favourite car rental experiences ever! Have rented from big names like Hertz and Avis in US, to Toyota and Nissan in Japan. This LangkawiBook.my is up there in terms of professionalism and convenience!!! They took a video of the car before hand over, highlighting all defects. The pick up and then the drop off was also all to my convenience- I needed a car from the airport, and wanted to island hop via ferry to Koh Lipe, then needed another car when I returned. They facilitated my rental twice over with 2 different cars without hassle. Cars were also well groomed and well maintained!!! 100% recommend!!! "
