My first booking was in February 2025, when I rented a Toyota Vios. The car was in good condition and looked relatively new, but the person in charge at that time was somewhat less professional in handling the process. This year, in February 2026, I booked a Toyota Innova Zenix. The experience was noticeably better. Everything went smoothly and met my expectations. The person in charge, Alif Najmie, was professional, efficient, friendly, and handled the process without unnecessary delays. One of the biggest advantages of this service is the convenience of vehicle collection. The car is parked directly opposite Gate 3 (arrival gate) at Langkawi International Airport. There’s no need to drag luggage far or search for the pickup point—it’s right there within easy walking distance. Overall, the service is reliable and convenient.
