" Booked online before arriving in Langkawi, instructions given via WA to locate the car. Friendly Hero on hand to release the car, overall experience was ok, the car was clean and everything was working as how it should be. Giving a 4-star because when picking up the car, waited for the Hero to turn up and no orientation given for the car usage. "

" Great car hire company was a little worried being my 1st time hiring a car abroad. But the lads at the airport where very efficient..it was dark when I picked up my car but the guy was taking a video of the car for any scratches ect then posted it to me on whatsapp. The car itself was a little Perodua Bezza 1.3l, nice little car and did exactly what I needed it for. On return the guys where waiting for me and after a quick look round all was good and I was on my way...I found them to be efficient and kept me informed, very good price and a very clean car...will be using again when I return next year.
