" I used Langkawibook for my family vacation, from car rental, booking ticket for several attractions (i.e. forest dream, under water world and cable car) and O can tell u their service were exceptionally amazing. Here's my experience: 1. Car rental: I booked Toyota Innova Zenix for my family of 8 (7 adults and 1 kid), the car was spacious, clean, the rate per day was very reasonable, among the cheapest from my survey. If u r not sure what type of car that is suitable for your trip, just use the chat function in their website, within 1 minute, someone will already be there to assist u. The car was already at the parking when I arrived at the airport, and the staff assisting me for pick up and drop off were very friendly. 2. Booking ticket for attractions: On my first night, I booked ticket to dream forest 45 mins before I went there. Although it was last minute, the staff was quick to whatsapp me to confirm the booking and generate the qr for me to redeem the ticket. The process was easy and smooth for all bookings. When I booked for sky cab, we actually had to reschedule it due to bad weather and the sky cab postponed it operation. I simply whatsapp them to ask if I can reschedule, and they process it in less than 5 mins, no additional charges. If u book for dream forest and under water world, u need to go to the counter to redeem your ticket. But for skycab, no need. Just generate the QR and u can straightaway use it to scan at the entrance. I totally recommend those travelling to Langkawi to consider using LangkawiBook. Kudos to all the team for the hard work and making our trip arrangement super easy. "
