" I booked a small rental car, a Perodua Axia for our trip to Langkawi which gave us the freedom to travel independently. The car, though tiny was everything needed for the two of us. It was waiting at the airport as expected. Due to our flight arrival being delayed, the representative did his best to contact us via Whatsapp. Being unable to answer his call we messaged him and only had to wait a short time before being met with the keys. On returning the car we messaged again. A short time later we were once again met at the airport for the hand over. I would recommend Langkawi Book for car rental at an affordable price with great service. "

" Loved booking the car with Langkawi book. They are very professional and understanding. When I had some issues with custom clearance, I was delayed for 2 hours and Syed waited patiently and helped me with car even though it was past the booking time. Likewise when returning, we decided to return the night before instead of morning so Saifuldin came to our hotel to collect the car instead of the airport which was the drop off location. It helps that they give the car to us with full tank and we give it back likewise. It was a great experience with this team and the car was in a very good condition too. Recommend users to bring their own phone holder so you can see the directions. "
