We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and high-quality, affordable vehicles to all of our customers, and we're thrilled to hear that they have had positive experiences with us. Below are the reviews we have received from our Langkawi car rental customers.
" The service was very satisfactory, and the car was also in good condition. "
" Rented a Nissan Serena from LangkawiBook.my and everything was smooth and hassle-free. The car was comfortable and perfect for our group. Easy process from start to finish. Definitely recommended! "
" Excellent and Hassle-Free Car Rental Experience The car was delivered and collected from Aloft Langkawi right on time, which was very convenient. Booking and verification were simple, with good follow-up and helpful assistance from the team, including uploading the required documents. Online payment through their portal was also easy. The car was clean and in very good condition, both inside and outside. As a first-time customer, I received a MYR 20 discount. The MYR 20 delivery and MYR 20 collection fee at the hotel was reasonable and well worth the convenience. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Would definitely use them again! "
" Excellent service, the staff respond very promptly to queries and questions. The car was clean and well maintained. Driving was smooth, aircon was solid, no weird smells, and there was even a phone holder which really helped. "
" Had a very good experience renting from Langkawibook. Everything was smooth from the delivery of the car right through to returning it. The whole process was simple and straightforward, with no unnecessary hassle. The Nissan Serena was clean, comfortable and in good condition, and it was perfect for getting around Langkawi with the family. The return location was also very convenient, which made things easy for us at the end of the trip. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely rent from Langkawibook again on my next visit to Langkawi. Highly recommended! "
" We loved this car—it was spotless, brand-new, and performed really well. The staff were kind and friendly too. When we arrived, they were already waiting for us, and when we returned the car, they came to meet us right away at the drop-off point "
" Best car location I ever had 🔥👌🏽 "
" Excellent service by Iqbal and team! The entire rental process, communication, etc are very smooth and quick. It would be a waste not to book or rent with them. 101% recommended. "
" Mashallah tabarakallah. Excellent service by the team especially Syed and Iqbal. "
" Booking, collection, drop off and the drive was great. Highly recommend "
" Very easy pickup and drop off. Iqbal at collection and Syed at drop off was very helpful and professional. Car was clean, well maintained with no issues. Initially rented for 3 days and decided to stay extra day. Extending rental was done easily with online payment. Will use service again whenever I come back to Langkawi. "
" Good economical car👍🏻 "
" Hassle free. Good and clean car. In Langkawi you dont need turbo charged car.. rarely u get to your speed up to 100. Usually 60 to 70kmph for the roads. Langkawi book is easy to book, affordable and not cut throat pricing. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Well done! Will use their services again in future! "
" Excellent service. Your car is ready as u arrive on the airport. Service persons are friendly and will be in touch through out your journey if you need any help incase of emergency. "
