" We came from Turkey and rented a car for four people. They gave us a Toyota Vios. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They met us right outside the airport exit and handed over the car there. The car was clean and in good condition, with strong air conditioning. The windows were covered with dark tint, which prevented sunlight from entering—this is very important for keeping the car cool. When we returned the car, the staff met us again right at the airport entrance. There are special parking spots marked “Langkawibook,” and we were able to return the car very easily there. " I have used their service to rent a car twice in Langkawi and both times the experience was great for us. The car booking experience online is straight forward and fast. The car was waiting for us at airport both times and pick up and drop off process was fast as well. Only thing I can complain about is that their rental rates are on higher side compared to other local rental companies where one can bargain to get a cheaper rate but if you don’t want all that hassle and want to have a fast and smooth experience renting a good conditioned car, then recommend go for their services "
