Before arriving at the Sky Bridge, passengers ascend via a number of viewing platforms using the Cable Car. At a height of 124 meters (410 feet), the boardwalk leads high above Mount Mat Cincang. It's a fantastic location for admiring the scenery and getting lots of amazing photos.

Birds are circling all around, so keep an eye out for the Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls running through the trees in the distance. Admire the breathtaking views of the lush islets and islands dotting the rich blue waters of the ocean.

Before moving upward, stop to take pictures at the lower viewing point. After that, you have two options for getting to the walkway: take a ten to fifteen-minute quick hike up a steep mountain track, or ride the SkyGlide. As you go along the Sky Bridge, take in the breathtaking scenery and look for wildlife in the trees below, try not to get lightheaded.

Once you get to Langkawi, Pulang Dayang Bunting is a location you just have to see. The second-largest deserted island in Langkawi, Pulau Dayang Bunting is around 20 kilometres from Kuah and is thought to receive 3 million visitors annually.

It is conveniently reachable from Kuah Jetty with a 15-minute boat journey. Its name roughly translates to ‘Isle of the Pregnant Maiden’ as it resembles the silhouette of a reclining pregnant lady from afar.

The freshwater lake is perfect for swimming and is surrounded by mangrove trees and a limestone formation. Nearby, there's a little shop where you can hire paddleboats and life jackets and get drinks, snacks, and souvenirs.

Although the lake includes a number of wooden decks, life jackets are strongly advised for young swimmers and those who are not comfortable in the water. The average depth of the lake is 10 meters, and there are no shallow areas.

Why is it awesome you ask? Telaga Tujah Waterfall, also known as Seven Wells, is one of Langkawi's most well-known locations for its breathtaking natural beauty. It costs nothing to take in the breathtaking cascades. Seven naturally occurring dazzling pools are created as the water tumbles over the rocks, a total of about 91 meters (299 ft) in height. The surrounding wildlife of the falls enhances its picturesque attractiveness. The waterfall is surrounded by towering trees, and the area is home to a variety of wildlife, including butterflies, monkeys, small reptiles, birds (including the magnificent hornbill), squirrels, and mosquitoes.

Gunung Raya

Pros:

  • Free entry
  • Nature lover
  • Outdoor trailblazer
  • Best time to shoot is early in the morning

Gunung Raya, the highest peak in Langkawi at 881 meters (2,890 feet) above sea level, is situated in the middle of the mountainous region. The 4,287 steep steps known as Tangga Helang Seribu Kenangan, or Thousand Memories Eagle Stairs, can be climbed by visitors or by road to reach the summit of the mountain. An unending panoramic vista over Langkawi and the nearby Andaman Sea islands awaits as payment for the effort.

The ideal location for climbing Gunung Raya is atop its impenetrable rainforest environment, which is constructed upon the granite foundation that dates back 220-200 million years. Among the wildlife species are geckos, hornbills, squirrels, monkeys, and lizards. If you decide to drive, you can still probably spot hornbills, monkeys, and other kinds of birds in the thick, green jungle from observation spots along the way.

Mount Mat Cincang

Pros:

  • Second-tallest mountain in Langkawi
  • Amazing views
  • Challenging trek

Why is it awesome you ask?  Mount Mat Cincang is the second-tallest mountain on Langkawi Island, rising 709 meters (2,326 feet) above sea level. Unmatched views can be seen from the summit of the massive mountain, which stretches far into the distance and takes in towns, islands, the sea, and jungles. It takes two to three hours to reach the peak over a beautiful, but difficult, climbing track.

What to do there: Before starting your journey to the summit of Mount Mat Cincang, make sure you pack your best hiking clothes and shoes and fill up your water bottles. It's simple to visit both of the natural landmarks in one day since the trek begins close to Telaga Tujuh Waterfall. Use the guiding ropes to pull yourself up the steep hills and scramble over rocky cliffs. If you're not physically fit, don't undertake the hike! Be ready for a fairly difficult hike! As you rise, a variety of fauna will be visible to you. Give yourself a round of applause when you reach the summit and take in the breathtaking sights.
