How will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be sent via WhatsApp or email once payment is completed.


I haven’t received my ticket — what should I do?

If you haven’t received your ticket after making payment, please:

  1. Double-check your WhatsApp and email inbox (including spam/junk folder).
  2. Make sure the contact details provided during booking are correct.
  3. If you still can’t find your ticket, contact our Customer Experience Team for immediate assistance.
