" At first, I booked the grand starex. The agent Aznan Abas WhatsApp me in few hours time saying the car is ok but not in good condition. So he willingly giving me a free upgrade to staria. Which is 100rm additional. Looking at his etiquette, I was amazed. I did not take the free upgrade but pay for it. Because of his genuine interest for the safekeeping of my big family. The day on collecting the car, was at the preferred hotel of my stay. On time. Aznan was accompanied by another agent, Siti Munirah. She too was a good and professional agent. Both show me the condition of the car. What to expect from the car. Any damaged beforehand was video taken to show that it was not deliberate. They explain the parking procedures. How to pay. Where not to park. Mr aznan too give me the link on online parking. And link to more attractions with discount. Why not. Overall, my experience in Langkawi with this proper car rental make it a wonderful, best and luxury. Kudos to both agent and the company. Inshallah, next year I be visiting again. Of course will rent car again. "
