" They gave us an upgrade prior to our arrival! The car was super spotless knowing travelling with an infant might be hard but this car was perfect throughout our stay. The baby seat was clean and my son was super comfortable in it. The guy who communicated with us (sorry I hv forgotten your name) accommodated us fully. Very nice experience and fully recommended. Overall experience, beyond happy! "
