" Very smooth handing over & returning process. Fuss free. Car (hyundai steria) functioned well & didn't give any issues through the 6 days rental. Only slight improvement is if the parking lot for collection & return can be sheltered as it was raining heavily when we arrived & we had to move children & elderly one by one across in the rain. That said, their agent was helpful with the luggages. "
