Despite a slight delay during arrival, they did compensate the time as well. So the whole experience was great from easy online booking, clear arrangement, clean car, full fuel policy and helpful staff. " My partner called them just as we were departing from the airport, they were able to very quickly connect us and very quickly can book and rent a car. They even upgraded us from a proton iris to a myvi. When we arrived to the airport, they were already there waiting for us. PIC waiting to receive the final payment and to guide us to our car. They provided us a full specs myvi, it was so clean and all new to me as my expectations were low actually this being the first time me and my partner would be renting a car together to travel around.
