" I really recommend LangkawiBook if you need a rental car for your stay in Langkawi. It's easy and without problems. I made a mistake in my online reservation. I asked for the vehicle to be ready at 10:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM. I realized my mistake the same day at 9 AM just before boarding the plane for Langkawi. I contacted them on Whatsapp and the problem was solved directly without any problem. A few days later I asked if it was possible to rent the vehicle for an additional day, and here the same thing, I contacted them again by whatsapp and after 5 minutes it was settled. They just needed a few minutes to check if the car was available. They send me a link to pay the amount for the extra day and done. I would like to thank the Whatsapp team of Langkawibook as well as Mr. Muhammad Farid who helped us with the pickup of the vehicle and Mr. Muhammad Ayadi who helped us with the return of the vehicle. Langkawibook communicates quickly and efficiently on Whatsapp. Thank you for everything, I will certainly rent a car again with Langkawibook if I come back to Langkawi. "
