The agent Muhammad FF also took a video for verification on our behalf - petrol level, existing scratches and etc so we did not have to do it. We ar happy with the hourly rental rate which works in our favour since we did not have full 3 days of usage. Great service and good car selection. Happy with the booking, payment and handover and return process too. "

" Booked the Zenix 2.0 for 5 adults and 2 kids. Really enjoy the driving experience, car is well maintained we do visit Pegaga vegan restaurants, the restaurant located at up hill and road leading to restaurant is very slanted at least 45deg or more. But enough power to bring us up. Overall experience from booking, car hand over process is very smooth and easy. I must said all staff of Langkawi book is very friendly and answer all the questions we have including weather or parking, usually the reply is instantaneous, salute them. However I do get one summon as forgot to pay parking in time, beware of it, and if pay immediately it’s only 10 ringgit. "
