Definitely the car rental of choice as the price is reasonable. Plus point : Car is slightly tinted to reduce the heat in the car during hot weather. Exceptional customer service by Mohammad Syafaris for his communication service. Pro tip : Some roads in Langkawi are small, tight and single lane, plan your route carefully (using waze instead of maps) as the bushes might scratch the car. Some cases the road conditions may contain potholes but overall Langkawi roads are good. Dirt and non paved roads are quite common in langkawi for some attraction spots. Avoid parking under trees to avoid branches falling onto the car during monsoon season. Hope this helps ! "

Everything was done online, including booking, payment, asking queries etc. Upon landing in Langkawi Airport, I immediately got a call to collect the car from the airport without any delay or requiring me to wait. No documents required prior to that, they only took a picture of my driving license before handing the car to me. Similarly, when returning the car, it was so smooth and easy as Natasha was already waiting at the airport for me to drop it off. The car was new, clean and in perfect condition.
