On pick up, i was met by Mohamad Syazwan from Langkawibook, prompt, explained everything very well and was on hand tif required. I would also like to praise Muhammad Ayadi for return of the vehicle. " At first, I booked the grand starex. The agent Aznan Abas WhatsApp me in few hours time saying the car is ok but not in good condition. So he willingly giving me a free upgrade to staria. Which is 100rm additional. Looking at his etiquette, I was amazed. I did not take the free upgrade but pay for it. Because of his genuine interest for the safekeeping of my big family. The day on collecting the car, was at the preferred hotel of my stay. On time. Aznan was accompanied by another agent, Siti Munirah. She too was a good and professional agent. Both show me the condition of the car. What to expect from the car. Any damaged beforehand was video taken to show that it was not deliberate. They explain the parking procedures. How to pay. Where not to park. Mr aznan too give me the link on online parking. And link to more attractions with discount. Why not. Overall, my experience in Langkawi with this proper car rental make it a wonderful, best and luxury. Kudos to both agent and the company. Inshallah, next year I be visiting again. Of course will rent car again. "

Timing pick-up service: Natasha from Langkawibook arrived on time and she showed and explained well the current status/conditions of MPV so as to prevent any misunderstanding later when drop off. Good service. Conditions of MPV (KV9994E) MPV is new (year 2023) and in good conditions with minimal scatches. Driving is smooth. Air-cond is cold. MPV is Clean. Very comfortable. Thumb up. Drop off: We stopped at a petrol station few KM nearby airport to fill up the petrol to full tank before drop off. We called Langkawibook on short notice of few minute before arriving airport. Staff Syafaris arrived at airport very fast on time waiting for us. He quickly inspected the MPV and accepted its conditions. We were blessed with safe driving and no scratches on the MPV.
