" The booking process was smooth and convenient. We were given a contact person the day before our arrival. Upon reaching LIA, we reached out to the representative and loaded our luggage into the car which was parked across the arrival gates. One thing to note is take photos/videos of the car before driving off and be careful not to get any scratches, especially the bumper area as the penalty fee can be slightly heavy. Other than that, will continue to book from here! "
