" Booking was smooth via their website and the instruction on how to get to their booth located outside of the airport near the parking lot was clear too. They also upgraded my car for free after my booking prior to my arrival. Car condition was new and clean. Fareez was the assigned guy to take care of my pickup and drop off, he was very helpful and make the process easy and smooth, no time wasted. I also asked them if i can change my drop off to my hotel (next to airport) as i cant do it manually before due to my hotel name was not in their dropdown list in the web booking, and they willingly did it with no extra charge. Highly recommended to book your car rental for your Langkawi trip. "
