" Very Good car maintained and in the service process need to improve for the new arrival guest to Langkawi. Maybe has to provide contact details where and when to contact. Other than that some one stand near the exit gate will be more helpful. If the guest don’t have the phone in active. Other than that I’m very much satisfied with there services . "

They had upgraded my car to CR-V due to a technical issue with my rental request. A brand new car, actually. I am delightful with the upgrade, however, their services were impressive. " The car is in good condition and still new. The agent comes to drop off and pick up the car on time. When handing over the car it was full of oil so I didn't need to refuel and just refilled when I wanted to hand the car back. And yes, LangkawiBook is one of the cheapest prices for car rental and easy to book. Will repeat if I come to Langkawi again. "
