" The staffs that handled my pickup/ dropping the car were very helpful and polite. I left my credit card in the car (and only realised it once I'm at KLIA) and upon my telephone conversation with staff Yusof(sorry if I got your name wrong), he made the effort to search the card in the car and upon found it, he helped me to cut the card to make it impossible to use (he did it via video call). He did mention that its a company policy that they do not allow credit card to be sent via mail/courier. He demonstrated a very professional act. Overall, I am very pleased with the services furnished . "
