From Adawiyah WhatsApp who contacted me immediately upon deposit and Akif who dropped the car to me upon arrival, where we went through a thorough inspection of the car prior to handover. Finally, to Afifudin who messaged me the day before the last rental day. Pick-up or drop-off can be arranged, and they have their own parking space at the airport should you need to meet them there. I'm very pleased with their service and even booked two months prior, whereby they emailed me between then, and upgraded me to a new car. Please be mindful of where and days you park in town and along Cenang as there are payments that need to be made (online). " Found this on Google and like many positive reviews here, I have a smooth and helpful experience thanks to the friendly pickup contacts Yusuf Rosni and Affifudin. Despite a slight delay during arrival, they did compensate the time as well. So the whole experience was great from easy online booking, clear arrangement, clean car, full fuel policy and helpful staff. Affifudin also helped to return my bag which I forgot to take out, so thanks to that too. Will definitely use this service next time.
