The Tour Operator/Agency may cancel any bookings without penalty prior to arrival as below.
Normal period – 5 days
Peak period – 21 days

All cancellations are to be notified in writing and must be acknowledged by the Hotel. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the Hotel is entitled to impose a penalty charge equivalent to one (1) night’s stay at contract rate. This cancellation policy is not applicable for Bonus Nights offers and Early Bird Offers.

All vehicle costs—including fuel, parking fees, and road tolls—are fully covered. Please note that flights or ferry tickets to the island are not included.

Upon successful booking, you will receive an instant email confirmation with your hotel and attraction digital vouchers. Your assigned driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details will be sent to you via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to your arrival on the island.

The chauffeur service is included for up to 8 hours per day of dedicated sightseeing. This easily covers a full day of touring, dining, and shopping. If you wish to extend the driver's hours into the late evening, an additional hourly surcharge applies, payable directly to the driver.

Your driver will keep track of your arrival time and will be waiting for you directly at the Langkawi International Airport (LGK) arrival hall or Kuah Jetty Terminal holding a placard with your name. They will assist you with your luggage and drive you safely to your hotel or straight to your first attraction.

Standard hotel check-in is typically at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If your flight arrives early, you can let us know, we shall arrange to drop your luggage off at the hotel lobby before official check-in time.
